Construction Worker Scholarship 2 Million Won Eligibility

Image
This content applies specifically to South Korea. If you are preparing a South Korean construction worker scholarship application, corrections must be completed by October 23, 2026, or the application will be rejected. For the second semester of 2026, 150 construction workers and their children who are university students will be selected to receive 2 million won each as study support for living expenses. Check both contribution requirements Start with the retirement mutual aid contribution record, the association's record of credited days. Time spent working on construction sites is not a substitute for this record. Workers applying for themselves need at least 85 total contribution days and at least 85 in the previous year or previous 12 months. For a child's application, the same parent needs at least 252 total days and at least 100 in the previous year or previous 12 months. Check the recorded days at 1666-1133. Confirming this first can save you time collecting do...

FAFSA 2026-27 Federal and State Deadlines

Image
If you are preparing a 2026-27 FAFSA, the U.S. federal student aid application, state and college deadlines may come before the federal deadline of June 30, 2027. Applying is free. The date to plan around is the earliest deadline among the aid programs being sought.   Separate application dates from document dates For Mississippi's MTAG and MESG programs, October 15, 2026 is a supporting-document deadline for applicants who applied on time. The state MAAPP application deadline was September 15, 2026. Filing the FAFSA alone does not complete MAAPP. For federal aid, September 11, 2027 is the deadline for receiving corrections to an existing application. It does not extend the deadline for new applications. Keeping these dates separate helps you identify which step is still available.   Use the FAFSA deadline comparison In the original article on Injoys, you will find a state deadline table, preparation checklist and online application steps. Its distinction between appl...

SFE Tuition Fee Errors: Correct Records Before Start

Image
Your Student Finance England assessment shows a different tuition fee from the amount charged by your university. Confirm the course and actual fee with the university first; before the course starts, amend your existing SFE application, while after it starts, the university must report the change to the Student Loans Company. This is easy to miss after Clearing because UCAS and SFE maintain separate records. Changing an accepted offer through UCAS does not automatically update student finance.   Confirm the fee before changing the application Ask the university finance or registration team to confirm the campus, course name and code, academic year, start date, study mode and actual tuition fee in writing. Do not rely on a general fee displayed on its website: foundation-year classification, part-time credits and study intensity can affect the amount. The university sets the charge, while SFE assesses how much Tuition Fee Loan applies. An amount above the applicable limit is...

Higher Education Study Support 2026 Application Guide

Image
This content applies specifically to Japan. Applying before enrollment or after classes have started? For 2026, first confirm that the intended school and program appear on the eligible-school list updated September 2, 2026. Prospective students apply through their high school, while enrolled students apply through their current institution; each school sets its own deadline. The process is easy to misread because the JASSO grant scholarship and the school’s tuition and enrollment fee reductions are assessed separately. Completing one procedure does not automatically complete the other.   What the support can cover The system combines a non-repayable grant with possible reductions in tuition and enrollment fees. There is no single fixed amount: the grant depends on factors including income category, school category, and commuting arrangement, while fee reductions depend on the school category, whether it is national, public, or private, and the amount actually charged.
